This temple is located at the end of a narrow ridge with deep valley all around, at an altitude of 3050 mts above sea level, offering splendid 360 degree view of Himalayas (both snow peak and lower Himalayas ) the temple has a naturally carved idol of Karthik swami on a marble type rock.
On a clear day it also says that we can have a peak view of all 4 dhams from this, chaukhambha, meru, sumeru, dunagiri all the auspecias peaks from one spot.
