• Contracting hotel rates for off season and Peak season varies from High End 5* luxury hotels till 3* hotels.
• Contracting transport rates as per the vehicle standard
• Preparing quotation for inbound groups and F.I.T’s.
• Creating itineraries for inbound groups throughout India as per the requirement.
• Capable of designing different kinds of Itineraries, like Rural India tours, Forts and palaces of India, Photography tours, Bird watching tours, Adventure tours, Heritage tours etc.
• Designing itineraries by mixing all kinds of natural rescores like beaches, Heritage, Hill stations, Backwaters & Home stays.
• Handled more than 130 Inbound groups from Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, London, Canada, US, Malaysia & Singapore.
• Having very good PR with the top-level management at the hotels and resorts.
• Handled students groups from the reputed colleges to North, South and North East India.
• Handled Hi-tea, conferences and business meetings for corporate.
• Experience in handling anything related to Travel and Tourism
• Experienced in booking the hotels rooms for the business travellers Tour Manager
• Welcoming the groups with the garland at Chennai airport
• Experience in arranging reputed guides for the groups
• Experience in solving any sort of complaints related to hotel rooms, transport or food on tour.
• Instructing them about the city well in advance
• Experience in arranging Surprise games, cultural activities photo stop on tour.
• Experience in explaining about the culture and diversity of our country and make them feel proud of it.
• Re-confirming with the hotels in advance before the tour with written confirmations.
